CAKE appoints Nina Holtenius as CHRO

CAKE, the Swedish maker of premium lightweight, electric motorcycles, today announced the appointment of Nina Holtenius as Chief Human Resources Officer. Nina joins the CAKE management team from investment firm EQT and will lead the HR department as CAKE accelerates its expansion globally and evolves from a start up to a scale-up.

Nina Holtenius, joins from seven years at one of the world's largest private equity firms EQT, where she was HR Director and developed several global programs for employee satisfaction and engagement and saw a company growth from approximately 250 to 1400 employees.

During her time with EQT, Nina developed and executed the talent agenda for EQT’s central functions and worked with several of the company’s investment teams. In addition, she co-designed EQT’s global modern employer strategy and companywide mental health for performance initiative. Previous to EQT, Nina spent nearly 5 years in different HR roles within Telenor and started her career in HR within the real estate investment business.

Today October 3rd, Nina Holtenius formally joins CAKE in their headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
